At the hospital, just outside the VIP ward, a grim-faced doctor stood before Serafina, explaining Ethan's condition.

Ethan had suffered a mild concussion, a fracture to his left tibia, and multiple soft tissue contusions. He would need at least a month of rest. However, Serafina wasn't really listening.

"Miss Blackwood? Miss Blackwood?" The doctor called her name a few times before she snapped bac
