"Carmine, you've lost a lot of blood," Clemenza said with concern as she continued scanning. "There's a first aid kit in the bathroom. I'll get you some painkillers and antibiotics."

"No... no drugs..." Carmine leaned against the headboard, his hand still clutching the gun tightly. "Drugs will make me... slow... I want to watch this... clearly..."
